Bobcats In Danger
In captivity, bobcats can live up to 25 years. Few predators other than cougars and humans are able to kill an adult bobcat. Young bobcats are killed by eagles, great horned owls, coyotes, foxes, bears, and adult male bobcats.
Bobcat Attack
Attacks by bobcats on humans are rare. Normally if a bobcat approaches a human or seems aggressive towards you it is most likely sick or rabid.
A Lot Of Food
Bobcats eat woodchucks, rabbits, skunks, raccoons, moles mice, rats, squirrels and chickens. One of the most common prey of the bobcat is the cotton-tail rabbit. Occasionally the bobcat will kill larger prey like deer.
